Coping with Disasters: Researchers Anonymous Discussion

Join the monthly meet-up of Researchers Anonymous for an open discussion around the recent tragedies our community is facing.

Our hearts go out to those in the community who have adversely been affected by the recent fires. Researchers Anonymous will host an interactive discussion on Zoom for participants to share their experiences dealing with the pandemic and the recent fires.

All are welcome to join in. Feel free to relate your personal experiences in general or specifically how your history research materials or collections may have been impacted. If you are associated with a historical society or museum, what steps have you taken to safeguard collections? In response to the pandemic, how have you coped with having facilities closed to the public? Have you taken steps to record these historic events for the future?
