This year, in collaboration with our core partners and teachers of Senderos, the MAH will continue to hold a gathering space for all to share their stories, celebrate community, and mourn – safely. We're bringing the many offerings of our annual festival online and outdoors.

On October 22nd, learn from local artist Evelyn Salguero in a video tutorial how to paint your (or someone else’s) face with the vibrant calavera. Calavera (skull) is a familiar symbol of Dia de Muertos celebration that represents the departed soul folks honor on their altar. The video will be posted here for you to follow along at your leisure.
